Association

In NSW, incorporated associations have a non-profit and non-commercial purpose, and include sporting clubs, arts groups, social groups, cultural groups, pensioner associations, musical societies, environmental groups and more. Incorporated associations have limited liability like companies, which means that the liability of members is usually limited to the amount they have contributed to the association. LME assists clients to set up Incorporated Associations when they have at least 5 members total, 3 of whom reside in Australia and are willing to be on the committee and 1 member residing in NSW, willing to be the public officer.

All you have to do is provide
